Train With The Flames

THE Sydney Flames are coming to town!

The Sydney Flames will bring their full WNBL squad and coaching staff to Newcastle for a promotional tour from December 1-3, including school visits, an open training session and FREE girls coaching clinic.

Flames players will include Australian Opals captain Tess Madgen, fellow Opals stars Cayla George and Lauren Nicholson, Newcastle junior Lara McSpadden, Newcastle Falcons NBL1 player Abi Curtin, and rising star Isla Juffermans from Coffs Harbour.

The open training session will be at Newcastle Basketball Stadium from 3-5pm on Saturday, December 2, so come along and watch the Flames go through their paces. Entry is free. Then on Sunday, December 3, the Flames will conduct a FREE girls coaching clinic from 8:30am to 9:30am, followed by a 30-minute autograph signing & selfie session. There will be Flames give-aways and prizes to be won, so come along and meet the Flames.
