Please find linked below a Notice of Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on Wednesday, May 14 2025 at 6pm in the King Street Room at NEX, 309 King St Newcastle West NSW 2302. If you are intending to vote at the AGM, please bring photo identification and arrive no later than 5:30pm to allow enough time to verify your eligibility before the meeting begins.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025
All previous ordinary members should note that since the adoption of the new constitution in December 2024, voting eligibility requirements have changed which may have impacted your membership status. A separate e-mail will be forwarded to all previous ordinary members explaining this change and steps that can be taken to ensure those who wish to maintain their membership are able to do so.
If you have any doubts about your eligibility to attend and vote at the AGM or status of your membership, please reach out to gm@newcastlebasketball.com.au prior to the AGM date to allow this to be clarified or amended as required.
